Titus, this is very true. It’s easy to articulate Hebraic leadership but far more difficult to live it out. Taking responsibility, especially in situations where you are not directly involved, is often difficult but one of the true marks of leadership as modeled by Moses. I also appreciated your point on vision-driven, future-minded leadership. We can’t be effective leaders if we are stuck in the present and always do things the same way. We must always be looking ahead and pointing others in that direction.
