Thanks for your synopsis and thoughts regarding the text. I was also fascinated by the idea of Creative Federalism and how it could be used in this situation. I would love to dive deeper into Dr. Malik’s thought process and learn more specifics on how he thinks that would work. I know he gave a brief overview in the lecture regarding it. However, I’m sure this process would be very complicated and I’d love to learn more on how it might work.
