Hi Shawrath,

Thank you so much for your post! I agree with you that Lebanon would not be a nation, at least not a legitimate one, if it had not been for Lebanese Christians. They truly transformed the culture of the area with their European connections and tried to develop a tolerant nation where multiple religions and ethnicities could work together for the nation. It is a shame to see what once was a glowing beacon in the East fall into the state it is in today.
