I completely agree with you. As Christians, it’s important to acknowledge our past mistakes and recognize that we can’t simply come in as neutral third parties with the goal of “saving” people. Our historical involvement in the creation of the Zionistic movement should be a major motivator for us to work towards finding a resolution to the conflict. Additionally, we need to be mindful of how our evangelistic practices can be perceived by the Jewish people and faith. Respectful engagement is crucial if we hope to find common ground and work toward peace.
