After taking this course, to me, Hebraic leadership is based on leadership that is from the Bible from both the Old and New Testaments. Throughout the history of the Bible, we can see that God has placed people throughout history to demonstrate the importance of what a true leader would do and think. For example, we can see that a Hebraic leader is serving not the world, but a world that is greater than this. Hebraic leadership requires us to fully focus on God’s word to see who He is and how His presence in creation requires us to lead and treat others. I think it’s very easy to seek to impose God’s way in the eyes of the world, and fully be consumed by the world. This type of thinking is dangerous for us, for it will lead others astray from the true mission which is the kingdom of God.
