Agreed that context always matters, and that the full truth cannot be had without it. My key takeaway was also to zoom out – and this principle is valuable and extends to all aspects of life. Ultimately, it leads me to prayer for all the peoples involved, how I can actively work for peace and reconciliation and understanding, and to zoom even further out to rely upon the God who created us all and is sovereign over all the affairs of man.
