I really appreciated reading your perspective especially since I grew up on the opposite side of this issue (aka being very pro-Israel and extremely anti-Palestine). I think your former views are, unfortunately, the prevalent view in the US today. People on both sides of the issue tend to be so polarized… so it’s really positive how each of us was able to progress to a nuanced middle ground of agreement!
