A Hebraic leader is centered on God and seeks first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, as an active member of a church, taking responsibility of the power that God has entrusted without anxiety or fear, knowing that God is directing one’s steps and path through history and causing others to join in on the journey to Jerusalem, which enables action and the acceptance of the consequences for decisions. A Hebraic leader is distinctive in leading others through time and going ahead, as the Spirit leads and goes before, drawing courage and guidance from the word of God. A Hebraic leader is a friend of God and a friend of man, and seeks to influence, but not to impose; embracing the plurality and love and respect of one’s neighbor as yourself; starting with God, but extending to one’s fellow man; seeking the Kingdom and the welfare of the city of exile.
