I think it’s also important to remember that repeated topics in the Bible are important. This is a simple signifier that we can apply in group studies as well as on our owns in our quest for Biblical fluency. Understanding Biblical context is also essential in understanding how it applies to our world today. While the afterlife is important, God has given us this one to steward well and understand.
