Unfortunately, I have been exposed to harmful antisemitic tropes like a lot of other people have, and to some extent I think it is almost difficult not to, especially if someone is involved in learning about the world to some capacity or the other. This is something that has unfortunately been prevalent throughout the past few centuries. I believe a fair bit is due to the jealousy towards the success as well as bitter views regarding the way of the life of the Jewish people, and these have unfortunately extended well into the present day. In the modern day, I believe there is a false view by many that Israel has been excessively supported by foreign powers during its inception by the various world powers, but I am now understanding that it is not necessarily true. One event that I would speak about more, is the arms embargo established upon Israel by the Truman presidency, and how this resulted in Israel having to rely on the Soviets to rely on weapons to win the fight against their neighboring Arab countries.
